After we are marryed what do we do next?
Do will fill in the FLR(M) form for marrage to get a 2 year visa ??

Im finding it hard to find information, also do we need to go back to
her country and apply for a marrage visa I hope not.

Thanks

If s/he has a Fiancé(e) visa endorsement, then s/he may apply for FLR(M) (285) immediately after marriage.

As she will have only been here a few months before getting
married.

Will we need proof of address togther for 2 years ??
the form seems to ask for this and would she be my civil partner
as need to tick check box on form.

Opposite sex - marriage - spouse
Same sex - civil partnership - civil partner.

She should answer "No" to question 4.1. Therefore she would not need to supply proof of address for 2 years. However, these will be required for the subsequent SET(M) application.

Thanks for the feedback I feel happer now,

My fienca was a overstayer 6 years and was removed but got her
back in 7 weeks with visa, so we are lucky.

One more question will we need to show bank statments ect with
the form and do they need to know her past history??

as now My understanding is she has a correct visa and her past
overstaying is forgotton? im a bit worried we marry then they don't
give her the 2 year extension.

Thanks

If previous immigration history is asked for you've no choice but the provide it truthfully. Otherwise her visa could be revoked.

There is no history asked for on the application for fienca visa,
only to supply bank statments to show I can support her.

I hope after all the trouble we had this will be all, is there
any more information I have missed or some advice.

Thanks for all the help & feedback.
