UK Tier 2 application form for dependant

Hello, people. I am applying for a UK (Tier 2) visa along with my wife, and I am having trouble with her application form (mine is already completed and IHS and visa fee are paid for). The idea is for us to apply together, but she gets asked to confirm she will be delivering the following (I quote) "Evidence of X's permission to enter or stay in the UK. For example, a copy of the page of X's passport showing their visa if issued or permission to stay if already in the UK." Since I have not been granted a visa yet, obviously that evidence does not exist, so we do not know what to do.

Furthermore, in order to pay the IHS, she is asked for my visa expiry date.

Can anyone please help us with this? I would mean a lot.

Same problem here! Visa expiry date required for dependant application but I'm applying simultaneously, so I do not have a visa yet.
Have you found out the solution already?
