Life in UK Test Validity

Post by m.asif » Fri Nov 29, 2019 10:33 pm

Hi,

I am asking below questions on behalf of my wife. she is going to apply for ILR on the basis of 10 years.

1. She passed Life in UK test in 2013. Would this still be valid or she will have to do it again?
2. Would she need to wait till her 10 year period is over or she can apply 28 days before her 10 year period is over?

Thank you in advance.

1. Should be acceptable as it has no expiry

2. 28 days before completing 10 years
