Hi All

I received the BRP today exactly on 7th working day.

My BRP is valid for 3 years from the date of decision.

Thanks for all the help and inputs.

Your husband CoS was NOT a shortage occupation code. The change on 6th October does NOT apply to him or to you as his CoS was issued BEFORE this date.

Just answer the question honestly instead of trying to make it work for you to pay less fees.
3. If I Select Quest1 as No and Ques 2 as "upto 3 years" then fees comes out to be 723.20£
You can select this one as you will only get a 3 year extension.
Hi CR001

"Your husband CoS was NOT a shortage occupation code. The change on 6th October does NOT apply to him or to you as his CoS was issued BEFORE this date." ----I think this information is not correct.
I chose my husband SOC code as SOL and I paid 483.20£ as fees + 800 super priority fees.
His SOC code was 2135 which was added on 6th October list but COS was issued in 2014. I hope this information might help other forum members as well.
