Unmarried Partner Visa - Proof of cohabitation

Hi Team, I am currently gathering evidence for the unmarried partner visa with my girlfriend. We have lived together for the past 2 years, however we are working out how many document we need to provide.

It states we need 6 documents in joint names over the 2 year period to evidence this. We were in two properties over the 2 year period (1 year in each), do we need to provide 6 documents in joint names for each address, or do we just need to show 6 documents in joint names across both addresses that also covers the 2 year period?
