Need Advice: MN1 Form for Two Children Under 4 Years

Hi, everyone I need your help and advice for my children British Citizenship. I got ILR visa this month and we are waiting for wife’s PBS dependent visa (she is already qualified for ILR we will apply for her later). I am submitting only one online MN1 application for both children.

I have following questions related to MN1 application and our current visa status,

1. Can I use one online form for both kids? And use same two referees for both?

2. One referee is British citizen our friend and second one (professional) is working in NHS as Radiographer is also British citizen, can I use them as referees?

3. My children were born in UK one is 3 years 3 months old and second is less than 1 year old and I did not apply any visa, passport (Pakistani) or national Identity card (nothing) for them because we did need to not travel outside UK. They only have UK birth certificates. Do I need to apply first their Pakistani passport or national Identity card and then apply for British Citizenship? Because it asks for their passport or travel document or national identity card in documents check list.

4. In online form it asks children nationality what I should write? because they are not registered in Pakistan and not in UK and we are applying for British Citizenship first. I selected Pakistani

5. In documents it also asks parents British passport or citizenship documents, children passports, national Identity cards. We do not have them I have my ILR BRP only. If I don’t check all the boxes it does not go to next page?

6. I will upload documents, my BRP, children birth certificates for both children, parents’ consent form, marriage certificate and referee declarations. Are these enough documents?
