So they didn't say no to my wondering if the 6-week rule applies to children. I guess it's up to the parents to decide if they want to spend €175 to pay for a possible rejection.Your child would have to prove their residency for three years prior to
application. You would need to submit school letters/doctors letters or
child benefit letter as proofs.
