ILR eligibility period

Post by kavisekhar » Sat Dec 07, 2019 11:55 am

Hi

My husband was granted tier 2 general visa on 18th Dec 2017 and we entered UK on 30th Dec 2017.
The company on boarded him
from Feb 2018.
Could you let me know when we will be eligible to apply for ILR .
Will it be Jan 2023 or Dec 2022 or Feb 2023.
A bit confused.
Pease help.

Regards
Kav
