Spouse visa!!

Hey guys, I have a question (couldn’t find it in the forum).

I got married a 4 month ago and we are going to submit our uk spouse visa soon.
Our marriage certificate Including, among other things, the names of our parents.
My dad added a second name (which is part of his first name now) short time before our wedding so in the marriage certificate there is just one name of him (the name he was born with).

Also, I added my husband’s last name to mine so I’ve got a new passport and going to add to the application a document from the government to prove this. But, in the government document my dad’s name is the new name (which mean 2 first names).

What should I fill it in the online form for the visa? His name as in the marriage certificate, or his 2 names as it’s on his passport?
There is any option that the HO will think Its not ME in the marriage certificate? Or am I overthinking?

For initial spouse visa application the married name as written on marriage certificate & passport should be used. Dad's name won't cause any issue at any stage.

Just to make sure I understood- I will fill my name as it in my new passport.

And in the form, where I need to fill my dad’s name as well- I should write the name exactly as it in the marriage certificate and not as it in his new passport after he added another first name, right?

And last thing (I just want to make sure).
As I wrote above, I’m going to add to the process a document from the government prove I added my husband’s name. In this document my dad’s name is the new one.
It won’t look weird? Or make the HO being confused?

That document isn't needed for spouse visa application. Your marriage certificate is suffice to prove new married name.

When required, HO can call both applicant and sponsor and also employer.

Not everyone gets called.

About the accommodation- my parents house is fine?
They have a big house.
Or The chances are higher if I have my own flat?

If parents own the house then it maybe the better option than rented property because required documents you will get more easily.

Get a no objection letter from your parents allowing you and your spouse to live there, a housing report from estate agent proving there is enough space for everyone and land registry title to prove your parents own the house. Upload these as supporting documentation

The user has already applied for the visa and enrolled biometrics on 17th December. Seems pointless asking accommodation advice after submission.
