ILR application- other countries you’ve lived in

Hi,
I’m calculating my absences and I’m unsure on how to count days;

1. On many trips I would leave UK say on a Fridays night flight and would arrive to home country on Saturday morning. When calculating days, do I include Friday as the day I’ve left UK or do I count from Saturday being the first full day?
3. I spent few months in Germany and whilst there I did another trip and returned to Germany. Do I have to declare this trip even the days are anyway counted on my period in Germany? My concern is that my passport has a stamp of the other country so I don’t know if they will query about it

There are no part day absences.
State exact day of entry and exit on form. The days in between are counted.

You may state the other countries you visited during ur absence or you can just state entry and exit of country you left for from UK.

Hi, I’m about to submit my application for ILR but have some questions about documentation;
- provide all previous passports- my old passport dates back from before I lived in the UK. Do I have to provide it?
- evidence of migration status- what can I provide for this? BRP is requested separately

1.No. Passport used for first entry onwards.

2. Migration status? If immigration status than
BRP shall suffice. It’s normal for one piece of evidence to suffice for two or three areas.

Hi,
On the ILR application there is a question in the Immigration details “have you previously lived in a country outside de UK including your country of birth?”
Do I really have to include my country of birth and the dates I lived in there?
Also I added an international placement on my days of absence. Effectively I lived in that country for four months during my 5 years of Tier 2. Do I have to include (repeat) this in the list of countries I lived in or is it enough when it’s on the absences list?

I I know right. Not an important question. General consensus is to state it. But members have been approved without it.


Also I added an international placement on my days of absence. Effectively I lived in that country for four months during my 5 years of Tier 2. Do I have to include (repeat) this in the list of countries I lived in or is it enough when it’s on the absences list?

But you maintained ur residence here? You didn’t pack everything up.. said byes to friends..?
And it was a temp placement. I don’t think it matters much.
