Is it a must I include the appendix 2 form in my application?

I did fill it out but I think I missed out a page while uploading. I did only page 1-6 instead of 1-7.

I’m worried I have left out something vital.


But most of the information requested in the appendix 2 have already been answered in the application form itself.

Should I be worried?

Appendix 2 is not required within the UK.

Some countries don't have Access UK and still use the older portal and have to submit Appendix 2.

So yes, there is a difference!!!
