Tier2 Decision Made - No contact yet

I have applied to the Tier2 visa on Friday 29 November.
I have been following up and tracking my application online. Last Friday, the status of my application became "Sent to VAC" but still not yet received by VAC till today.
I have tried using the e-mail service, they confirmed that a decision was made.
VAC still didn't send SMS nor e-mail. Noting that I have chosen the 'Keep my passport' option, should I be worried? Unfortunately, VAC doesn't have direct contact.
Did anyone face this issue? Does this have any indication if I got/didn't get the visa?
Any advice or previous experience is appreciated.

Can you tell me where you applied from and how you have been tracking it?
