PBS tier 2 dependant extention to ILR

Hi

Thanks very much for all what you do.

I have been granted ILR (tier 2 - 5 years route), my wife still require 6 months to finish her 5 years before applying for ILR (currently she is having PBS dependent).

I understand she needs to have PBS extension , in the application they asking about the main applicant visa type and no ILR there only tier 1-5, also for IHS they will ask about the expiry date of the main applicant (i.e my ILR) , any advice

You put your last Tier 2 details.

You put a date in 2022 to get IHS for 3 years.

Bear in mind..
PBS dependants continuous residence is calculated from Date of visa Issue NOT Date of entry.
Absence limits apply from visa issued Jan 2018 onwards.
