FLRm Missed You card from DX Delivery

Post by mirsohaib7 » Sat Dec 14, 2019 2:11 pm

My wife applied for extension online and we had our appointment on 28th Oct with UKVACs. Yesterday we received a missed delivery card from dx delivery, which has concerned us a bit as we have not received any decision letter yet. Does home office also deliver the decision letters through dx delivery? We have arranged redelivery but it will not be until Wednesday next week.

Maybe collecting it from their depot in person is more quicker.

The only number on the card is an automated call centre, which only has the option of redelivery so not sure how to go and collect it in person.

Our decision letter arrived 1 week after the DX delivery of BRP.
Decision letter was sent by recorded Royal Mail.
We arranged to have DX redeliver to an office address which meant we could get it much quicker since we're always at work!
If you've got a DX delivery then your application is most likely approved since they use DX to deliver the BRPs and the decision letter for us was just by recorded royal mail with the post man.
You will need ID to sign for the DX delivery, but you can give your ID to someone else so they can sign on your behalf (they also need their own ID as well)
