Applied for Lost BRP replacement

Hi All

Recently I've lost my BRP.Reported the loss to Poilce.Applied for BRP replacement online.I could not give the Police report for lost BRP as the same was not issued to me.But provided Crime reference no. which was issued to me. Is the Crime reference no.acceptable to to UKVI to proceed further with application.

Your help or views will be greatly appreciated.Many thanks.

Police issue reference numbers rather than reports, to save time and cost, for many events, so I guess this isn't an issue.

If you have bank statement or utility bill issued within last 3 months then it may even better than provisional licence.

Thanks.They are asking me to give UK Driving licence,Letter from GP, Council Tax letter,Utility bill & Bank statement. All docs are mandatory to give.I don't have Council bill & Full UK Driving licence. What shall I do.
Any view from anyone.
