Working in Spain

Post by Zrinka » Fri Jul 18, 2008 8:58 pm

Hello

Perhaps someone could shed some light n my case.

I am thinking on working in Spain for a year, depending on the contract that my agency can secure. I need different kind fo challenge.

I am Croatian national. I am also UK permanent resident. But not national.

So am I EU resident as well? if I am UK resident I should be considered as EU resident too or am I considered only as non EU resident, for the purpose of working in Spain...

This is too confusing!

Regards

Zrinka

You are just UK resident at this point.

How long have you been permanently resident in the UK? Are you close to being able to apply for UK nationality?

You can be a resident in one country only.
