How to add 2 weeks baby to Set (lr) application

Hi
When I fill my online set (lr) application form (10 years long residence), there is a column to give the details about my children. I have 2 kids.
First is 2018 UK born and the second is Uk born 2 weeks before. I have Indian passport for the first. I just have the birth certificate for the second.
So, how I can add my kids details in my form.
