Are documents sent by registered posts or ordinary post

Dear All,

Customers service just informed me that they have sent their response to my HSMP application to my address, (out country applicant). In order to make a research at the post office (postal services not efficient), I need to know if the HO sends all responses/documents through a regular post or registered post.

All responses will be highly appreciated.

they send them thru ordinary mail for those outside UK. So if you are worried about the postal system in your country you could try giving them an address of a close friend in the UK, you could try and get them to send it to them and then they can arrange to send it to you. Also you can consider using a courier
