Visa sticker - spouse visa

Hello ,

Yesterday I received my approval letter + my passport but the visa sticker was not in the passport
They put it in a form like this :

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... a-visa.pdf

What should I do ? go to the embassy? Or just present my passport and this form at airport?

Anyone with the same experience?

That’s a perfectly valid Entry Clearance, you’ll be able to collect your BRP when you arrive in the UK.
