ENtry Clearance from FRANCE: How to apply; what documents???

Hi all,
I surprisingly got my HSMP approval in fast track (applied on 21/03 and approved on 04/04). Now, I am on the horse trade to apply for Entry Clearance. I am planning to apply for entry clearance for all my family members (my wife and my daughter). We both are seriously searching job to show financially sound. Can anyone tell, what documents are needed to file EC and where to get such forms. Did any one got EC from France if so could you advice how you have organised. In all together, If I dont have any offer of employment, what could be the balance should I show??
