Citizenship ceremony with Tower Hamlet council

Hi,

My BC application was approved on 9 Dec. My citizenship ceremony is booked by Tower Hamlet council on early Feb. I think it's quite a long wait.

I tried to call to reschedule to earlier date but couldn't find the number. Have any one successfully reschedule their ceremony to earlier date with Tower Hamlet council without going to private ceremony route?
