No Consent forms for Naturalization!?

Hi all,

I've an appointment at one of the UKVCAS centres this afternoon so I hope someone would find
a bit of time to answerr this question ASAP..

I've seen no consent forms to download online for Naturalization application! It just crossed my mind that I did submit a couple forms (Part1 for applicant & Part2 for Spouse) when applied for ILR about 5 months ago (still have a saved copy though..). Can I use the same consent forms for Naturalization as well or I should just take it easy and write my own having both of our signatures at the end?
