I am sorry for duplicating the query, last time I was informed dependant will have to make the application from the native place so will have to exit the country first.sah10406 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 10:08 amYou already asked this same question a few months ago, and people answered:

Yes, if you meet all the requirements. Note it counts from your initial date of entry to the UK and not initial visa issue date.* Could I apply for ILR in February 2021 as by then I will complete 10 years?
No she can't. She will have to switch to FLR M spouse visa and meet the English and £18,600pa income requirements.* My wife will complete her 5 year in May 2021? will she be eligible to apply for ILR in May 2021 based on my long residence 10 year route application?
Yes she has to change to FLR M spouse visa, which will reset her 5 years ilr clock.* Does she needs to change her visa status in February 2021 if I am applying for ILR as she will already be on as Tier 4 dependant and it's visa will be expiring in September 2021 based on the course?
Once you have ilr she can apply to register as British on form MN1. She will lose her Indian citizenship from the date she becomes British.* What should I be doing for my daughter born in UK in 2017 with Indian Citizenship?

Hi CR001,
Hi CR001,
I suggest read the guidance that is linked within the link already provided, but yes, you have to prove funds to support yourselves and pay for your course.
The PBS Dependants application guidance explains in detail what proof of maintenance can be used. See the link in my previous reply, Fri Jan 03, 2020 5:25 pm.
