IELTS English test validity for ILR

Hi,

I will be applying for my ILR this year. Two questions:

1. Will I need to retake the IELTS test or will the one I used to apply for Tier 2 visa be valid?

2. Will my wife require to take an English test (she is on tier 2 dependent visa) and if so what would be the easiest one to do?

No if you used it before and the test and the test center are still accepted

Yes. She needs to pass SELT at B1
