Can I stay with my wife at Dublin airport immigration?

Hi all, if this question has already been asked then I apologise and would appreciate if you could point me in that direction please.

So visa approved, travel date set etc, only 1 month to go

I am an irish citizen and i live and work in ireland.. I will be flying back from The Philippines next month with my wife and my question is, am I allowed to pass through immigration at Dublin airport in the non-EU gate/line alongside my wife? Or does she have to queue alone while I queue in the EU/Irish passport line?

I just want to be prepared beforehand so she wont panic if she learns she has to go through alone.

You will have to be with her at the non-EU queue , you will both be answering some questions together from immigration officer no more than 5-10 minutes.

Yes you can and you should queue with her in the non-EU line.

Once she registers with INIS and gets her Stamp 4, in future you should be able to use the EU line if you travel together.

Absolutely. My non-EU wife and I flew into Dublin in October. When we got to immigration, they told me that I could accompany her in the non-EU line. It is optional. But since you would like to accompany her, you can.
