My family and myself got ILR approval mail

Hi,
Could someone please let us know when can we apply for ILR?

My family and myself got Tier 2 General visas issued on 02/02/2015.

I entered UK on 23/02/2015.
My family entered on 26/05/2015.

We were away from UK for vacation to India between

12th Dec 2016 - 18th Jan 2017
5th Dec 2018 - 11th Jan 2019

Mainly my question is regarding my family because the gap between visa issue and entry is around 114 days.
If my move is wrong it would cost me 12k

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 02 February 2020. The visa issue date will be used for the start of the qualifying period for you and your dependents.

Could someone please answer my query?

Mine is tier 2 general visa issued on 02/02/2015(date present on my visa page in passport)
Came to UK on 23/02/2015.

My family got tier 2 general dependent visas on 02/02/2015. They joined me in UK on 26/05/2015.
All our visas got extended in 2018 feb and they are valid till 02/03/2021.

We don’t have absences more than 36 days outside UK in any 12 month period.

I assume we all can apply for ILR on 06/01/2020

If possible I want to spread the cost by applying for me first on 06/01/2020 and for my family in April.Can I do this?
Are there any disadvantages in this approach? Please let me know.

If there are any wrong assumptions,please let me know.

Yes dependents can apply later as their visas are still valid for a good amount of time. It makes no difference if you all apply together or if they apply later after you.

I get payslip sent as a pdf doc every month.
Do I need to get it signed by someone before uploading for ILR docs?

And also the bank statements are sent to my home address.Still do I need to go to branch and get them stamped?

Eventhouh my degree was taught in English, to avoid the pain of going to University and getting a letter that it is taught in English, I gave the Trinity exam and got the certificate at B1.1 level.

While filling the application do I need to say that ‘no’ to the question, Is your degree equivalent to UK degree?

It is letting me to say ‘yes’ and then ‘no’ to NARIC letter for English.

But when continued to ‘Documents’ section it is expecting a NARIC letter FOR degree.

I Chose ‘no’ to the degree question and yes to the English language certification.

Is the NARIC letter mandatory for degree even if B1.1 certificate is available?.
Please let me know.

Select NO for the degree question and YES to the B1 test question. Ho don't care about your qualifications. The question is only relevant to meeting the English requirement.

Hi Members,

Could you please answer this question?
In payment section for ILR , 3 options are available.
Standard, priority, super priority.

Under priority section note is there to check availability of service for countries.
In that list UK is not there , is this service available in UK which costs 500gbp?

Please let me know.
