Child born in India-Citizenship

Post by rony47 » Thu Jan 09, 2020 10:09 pm

Dear All,
Kindly assist me. I recently got my ILR (Dec 2019). My Wife is BC through naturalisation. My son is in ILR since 2015. He was born in India and unable to apply for citizenship with my wife, since i was not having ILR at that time.

I am planning to apply citizenship for my son now.

1. Please advice if i have to fill MN1 form online,
2.Also which option I should choose, since neither me or my wife is applying along with my son.

Thank you in Advance.

I assume child born before the Mother was naturalised.

1. Yes.
2. A child application under section 3(1).
