It is not OK. This is one of the areas where HO needs to work on. The information provided is not adequate not to talk of exhaustive. If applicants go by whats they provide application will fail.Evicra wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 4:08 pmHi
i just filled up my brother's spouse visa application here in Pakistan.\
it asked me only few Mandatory documents
1. Passport of spouse
2. Bio data copy of my brother's British passport.
3. Proof of relationship. e.g marriage certificate
4. Language test certificate for my brother's spouse.
5.proof of British citizen ship of my brother.
6. and TB certificate.
Nothing else has been asked to provide with this visa application e.g pay slip, employment contract etc
can anyone please advise is that ok?
Housing inspection report is usually needed when you are living with none-related adults. It can be prepared by any reasonably established surveyor.Evicra wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2020 11:27 ammy question is regarding accommodation please.
1. do i have to get some special inspection report from some agency to prove that the house is not overcrowded
2. or simply a letter from our estate agent would be enough.
please advise what is the best option to follow in order to prove availability of suitable accommodation
thank you
If its sufficient sized like 3 bedroom then no need.Evicra wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2020 1:51 pmwe rented this house since july 2015.
it’s my brother (at the moment in Pakistan who is going to apply for his spouse visa) my wife ,our 2 daughters age 4 , 7 and 2 months old son living in this house.
do i still have to get inspection report if not would a letter from our estate agent be enough.
i would be very thank full if you suggest the best safest option in this scenario as refusal would cost us too much
thanks
