Hi

Thanks mates..Actually iam doing 2 jobs one full time and one part time consultant so initially when i applied for EC and they called to my part time employer unfortunately at that day phone was dead so they are unable to verify the company and the other reason is that, there is no proof of the amount u have shown in ur acct although i have attach the sale reciept of car.... so next time i add the following documents

1. Affidavit from the part time employer
2. PTCL complaint #
3. Part time employer NTN certificate
4. Its PVT ltd company so attach the photocopy of SCEP registration
5. Telephone bills photocopy
6. For amount i attach the same documents like SALE Reciept of car

Finally the most important one Prayer Prayer and Prayer that really works for me...

most important one which i observed is that they didn't care about the covering letter or even they didn't read that one. So instead of attaching covering letter write that material in Application form.

hi

I have another question to senior members. I have heard that its good to travel as soon as possible to UK so can u plz comment on that one.. Actually i have some pending work here in lahore so i thought that i would travel in first week of october is that fine or not ?

my second question is that after 2 years when i apply for extension at that time i have to show one year job exp in uk? one of my friend told me that u have to shown 18months job exp at that time ....so senior members can u plz comment on that one ?

Hopeforthebest,

Consider; to be able to file ILR you need to have five year stay in UK and after 4 year 11 month 2 days you can apply for ILR, it means 28 days to five year.

During those five years you can only be out side UK for 180 days in total five year, one exit shuld not be more then 90 days.

Plan your day out in accordance with this to be able to file ILR. Now you have got EC and all the right to work and live in UK, but it is better to plan in accordance with future requirements then the past commitments.

I am not saying to dis-own the commitments but, asking to remain future focuse.

sulman bhai .. you submitted your case on 25 June and i submitted on 19 June.... still here no update. same status.

please tell me do you receive further verification calls in office/bank etc....

did they verify both of organizations you have showed in your application ?

sorry i m replying a bit a late.

i got my passport on monday and got my first uk visa for two years.
i checked on the website and status was changed so i went and recieved my visa.

i m going to London on coming monday. and will welcome any question from anyone.

its been grate over this forum and this forum was amazing and helped me a lot.

I got my document on 29th of July, 08 â€¦ I was so much tense thatâ€™s why didnâ€™t come in internet to update you all â€¦ My application is rejected and exact objection is mentioned below â€¦ which I never aspect from them.

You have submitted employeement documents in support of your application that have been verified as non-genuine, as detailed in a document verification report. The verification check showed significant and material discrepancies regarding your claimed employer and employment. I am not therefore satisfied that you are employed as claimed. As a false documentation has been submitted in relation to your application and false representations have been made, it is refuted under paragraphs 320(7A) & 135HA(i) of the Immigration Rules.

company is running and now i'm tense how can i prove that all the things are genuine, after thinking alot i can't understand why they give me this objection even they verified all the thing from company and our accounts officer and Manager IT provides them all information they needed.

Sorry to hear this news. Just a question have they returned you the approval letter? If so, why not discuss with hopeforthebest for help as he had a same issue and got the visa last month.

My case is refused with the right of appeal... and they didn't return my approval letter also my approval letter is expired on 21 July 2008.
