Naturlisation Application Requirement

It will be great if someone can help and answer my Question

I am married to British Citizen, Islamic Nikkah took place in Nov,2014 & (English Marriage is registered since April, 2015)

I got ILR on the basis of Long-Residency, 10 years (ILR) on 4th of Jan, 2020

My previous Visa was FLR (FP) , 10 Year Route.

I also have 1 British Child. Can i apply for naturalization straightaway or do I have to wait for a Year ?

Somebody told that If you 're married to British Citizen you can apply without waiting for 12 Months.
Another person wrote on this forum somewhere that , I have to be married for certain xyz Number of years.

I am confused now ...

You can apply now if you meet all the standard requirements to apply based in 3 years residence.

The requirement is only to be married to a British citizen at the time of application!!

I am in UK since 11 years and legally married for almost 5 years. And never left UK for more than 14 days in my last 6 trips abroad.

What is 3 years rule you have mentioned ? can you elaborate a bit more please, thank you

I have ILR
Married to british Citizen
Present in UK for over 3 years
Have English language pass test
have Life in UK Test
No convictions ever

The 3 year residence rule is if you are married to a British citizen so you need to meet those requirements.

If not married to a British citizen, applications are based on 5 years residence.

Example of the rule
If you decide to apply on the 20th of January 2020 you have to have been physically present in the UK on the 20th of January 2017 which is 3 years. So be careful on application date. Check your absences to determine when you can apply as you have to have been in the UK on the same date 3 years ago

Last time i travelled abroad was for 9 days in April 2017 between 12th to 21st of April ,

But i was in the UK for the whole Month of Jan.

So that 9 days absence in April , will it affect my application ?
