Wife visa - Accomodation Query!

Hi,
I'm WP Holder. and planned to bring my wife here by next month.
Right now i'm in shared accmdtn, which includes all the utility bills. I stay in doublebed room, and Spam, bath are shared.
Also the tenancy agreement says ''Rent a Room/ House share Agreement''

Is this fine with my wife's visa application?

I heard the chances of getting the visa with shared accmdtn are not good.
Is that true?

No! Reading ECG Chapter 9 - Maintenance and accommodation requirements will help.
