Hi All,
I applied for my ILR on the 5th of January using the Super Premium route (24hr). Here are the timescales:
Biommetrics - 14th Jan @ Croydon
Called UKVI and it was escalated - 18th Jan
Called UKVI and it was escalated - 24th Jan
Received email from Super Priority Notification - 24th Jan stating :
"Dear XXX
I’m pleased to confirm that your application for leave has now been decided. You will receive your decision letter in due course. Thank you for using our super priority service.
Kind Regards"
This is different to other emails I have seen people receive and it usually states the decision etc. Can someone please advise? It has been 14 days and any sort of guidance or experience with this will be most appreciated.

Thank you, my understanding is that this is the format for a rejection email, I will see what the letter says when received. Thanks.

What is your full immigration history, including visa start and expiry dates and the date you entered the UK, given that you have applied for ILR based on long residence?

I entered the UK in August 2008.
August 2008 - August 2010 - Student Visa
August 2010 - August 2011 - Student Visa (extension)
August 2011 - December 2012 - Student Visa
September 2012 - September 2014 - Post Study Work visa

Is this enough information?

Any issues with working more than 20 hours during term time or anything else?
Why not apply for ILR based on Tier 2??
Do you have dependents in the UK as Tier 2 dependents?

Hi,
No, I have only worked for the same company all through and took no other form of income from anywhere else. I applied this route as my company has been mildly reluctant to support the Tier 2 application route with previous employees..I also have no dependents.
What are your thoughts on the email? Never felt this rush of helplessness before, I don't understand why I didn't just get a refusal in the email, I know everyone seems to have acceptance wording and BRP information..
