file submitted before 1st april

hi my hsmp file was submitted before 1st april-2005 but till date i didnt gert refrence number & i check bank details it shows that still hsmp office dint encash my draft of 150 pound .
my question is : will they accept my application under old rule as it was submitted before 1st april OR they will accept as a post 1st april application ?
I am confused & worry about it , please reply me

Dont worry bout it yet, they seemed to have recieved quite a lot of applications right towards the end of March and they seem to be processing payments slowly, give them a few more days

thanks f2k but my question is : WILL THEY PROCESS MY APPLICATION ON OLD RULE OR NEW RULE ??? [ file was submitted before 31st march-2005 ] please clarify this.

There have been no change in the Rules. its just the fees that have changed.

dear f2k . please clarify that if they encash my draft after 1st april than they will ask for new fees or they will follow old fees ??????
