Tier 2 General Dependant priority service

Hello,

I will be applying for my tier 2 general dependant visa and would like to know of following documents are Ok or need any additional one's, your help will of great use to me.

Documents:

1. Passport
2. Visa application form
3. Bank statement (Last 6 months)
4. Do I need to show myself and my wife staying at same location and if so how many past year's it needs to be ( Am in country from past 2 years only)

Why 6 months bank statements? The requirement is only 90 days to show evidence of maintenance funds.

Assuming you are applying in the UK and have an existing dependent visa, you need evidence of cohabitation in both names for the last 2 years or since you came to the UK.

So can cohabitation evidence have individual names but on same address, also does it require full 2 years or 6-6 months interval documents.

Can we show any of the following documents for same ?

- Council Bill
- Bank statement
- Utility Bill
- Phone/Broadband bill

Reason am asking is Council bills came annually and were direct debits, also for first year I had only water bill in my name (is election card, Bank statement ok)

Accounts in either name or joint names, maybe 2 items for every 3/4 months. Annual council tax will be 1 piece of evidence per year.

I had applied for PBS Dependant a week ago on Friday and has not yet received any decision email.

Is priority service liable to decide result within 5 working days for in country application ?

Do they refund automatically as SLA is breached ?

Had submitted application on UKVCAS ON 7th Jan and attended appointment and bio metrics on 10th Jan 2020.
