Post by nav1986 » Sat Jan 18, 2020 2:48 pm

Hi all,

Need your advice. My wife is eligible for ILR, she is currently on PBS dependant. What form should I use.? And what supporting documents?

I am British citizen.

Please let me know the best options

Thank you.

What proof should I show for 2 years cohabitation ? Is there anything in particular?

How much is the fee ? And premium application?

Kind regards

A selection of 3 to 6 different source documents for every 3 to 4 months in joint names or addressed individually to both of you, ie council tax, utilities, TV licence, tenancy agreement, HMRC letters etc etc etc

£2389 for standard service (8 weeks) or £2389 plus £800 for super priority service. This excludes the ukcvas service fee for biomterics etc.

Apply, pay and submit online. It is where you will also choose the ukcvas service, or standard or super priority.

Once submitted, you will be directed to UKCVAS sopra steria to book an appointment for biometrics at one of their centres.

Before your biometric appointment, you must scan and upload all your supporting documents.

Once uploaded, then attend biometric appointment on the appointment date and enroll biometrics and ukcvas will do an identity check.

Then wait to hear back from HO etc.

Just another quick question, when do we get the decision if we go for premium application?

Note it is not premium anything. It is super priority service and you usually get the decision within 24 hours but it can take longer, sometimes 5 days, sometime a couple of weeks.
