Change employer

Hi

I have few offers in India with better package than my current employer. I am looking forward to apply for my Tier 1 visa at max by mid September.

I was wondering, will it be a problem with my visa application if I change employer now? Would appreciate your views. I know its a bit weird to think about changing employer when I want to apply for Tier 1. But I am just toying with this idea since it would take around 2-3 months for Tier 1 visa.
