Going to Pakistan for a holiday

Post by Jhelumi » Tue Jan 21, 2020 2:36 am

Hi,

My Mrs entered UK last year on a spouse settlement visa. When she was granted a visa last year, she had a 30-day window to enter the UK.

Can she now return for a short holiday to visit her family? What additional paperwork is required? I am assuming it'll be her Pakistani Passport and the UK Biometric Resident Permit card is all that is needed?

Please can someone advise?

Thanks

Thanks CR001.

Can i please ask, is there a limit to how long she can stay out of the country for?

By a short holiday I am talking about 30 days (including the day she will be boarding the flight from the UK and also the day she will be landing back in the UK).

Thanks

No. There is no absence limit for spouse settlement visa holders.
