Any tips? The company sponsorship list is enormous to navigate.... I do not have a specialised Tech or Science background, nor do I have management experience. (I'm a mid-level designer with related work experience in US)
Don't waste time revising the Register of Sponsors, there are more than 30,000 companies there! And that list is not 100% reliable sometimes. Most likely more companies will be applying to get a licence this year because the new post-study permit rule (hopefully).
Keep searching online: indeed, CV library, LinkedIn, any specialised site of your field: jobs for designers, etc.
Have an ATS compliant CV.
Do a boolean search on google and other sites as well.
I would suggest you keep applying during the time remaining on your Tier 4 visa. If you return to your country, the process of getting hired for a UK employer will be more difficult.
Hope it helps!
