Where to send Additional Doc. ???

Please, have quick question:

I sent my initianl application to Doncaster but want to send additional documents.

So, where to send: A) Doncaster or B) Sheffield

hi john, i sent mine to the foundry house in sheffield. i have yet to receive the email confirmation i requested once the HSMP team has linked these documents to my file.

Hi emma_peele, Plese keep me updated if you manage to get the confirmation.

I am about to send some additional docs too and have sent them email these days to make sure my case has not been allotted to a caseworker yet and whether I am still allowed to send them additional evidences to be linked to my file.

Their answer was very polite and rather long, but saying nothing... They didn't give me any information about the status of my case and referred to their website. About additional docs they said completely nothing. I will send my papers in a day or two and then would very much like to know about the destiny of my docs.

So let me know if you receive anything about yours.

Today I have mailed them additional docs I've collected. I also kindly asked them to confirm the receipt if possible. Lets see if they do it or not.

I am a bit confused now, especially because of recent posts about the informational mess taking place at HO. Why don't they provide a couple of good IT guys with approvals and job offers to keep their web site in order and maintain their database up to date!!!
