INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN - ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Post by BK14 » Sun Jan 26, 2020 9:29 am

Hello All,

I will shortly be applying for my ILR however I am slightly confused whether I need another English Language certificate or not since I already had them twice in 10 years but both are now expired but I had been granted my TIER 1 based on the expired ones (They were expired) when I applied for my Tier 1 Extension, but I put a check on 'already met the requirement'.

So, would anyone be kind enough to shed some light on the above subject? just a note I did not do a degree in the UK.

I will be applying hopefully very soon since I just had my Life in the UK test yesterday.

Insofar the it meets or exceeds the B1 English level it should be acceptable.
