Hi all

I want to know for my friend his visa was refused by 45 days overtsay abroad . when can he apply again as he still have visa for 1 more year .

a... After 1 year
b... as soon as he qualifies (cover 45 days )
c.... or he has to start over again .


all his stay abroad was less then 90 days .If he qualifies after 6 months after this refusal decision can he apply again .(he is a workpermit holder )

Please advise us .

He may apply for settlement when he qualifies.
