It is too early to contact MP for help.
Many applicants are still receiving their decisions in 60 days or more. I personally know few of them.
Hopefully you will receive your decision in next two weeks.
Hope for best.
I understand what you're getting at, but the Home Office should really clarify their guidelines and processing times so the public have a MUCH better idea that it does not take up to a month for basic cases. If there were more realistic updates (and I looked, the one from the 8 January still said within 5 days and up to a month in some cases) then perhaps fewer people would need to resort to waiting and wondering.

Is it 60 days or 60 working days??.
I talked to my solicitor he says there are some 2.5 million applications so no wonder it will take time on top i had not depended on my partner before so that’s another point of delay

It is total days not working days.
Some applications are taking even longer than two months.
Until the end of December 2019 some 2.7 million applications have been submitted.
There is a backlog of about 300000 applications at this point that's why many applications are taking more than Home office promised time of 5 working days to a month.
Only six applications out 2.7 million have been refused. According to PA news agency all of them are serving prison sentences or have been deported and now seeking to enter UK.

According to statistics 0.7%, of applications, which is more than 17K, have been rejected as not valid.
You can guess how many of them are actual refusals.

As of 31 December 2019 only six applications have been refused for being unsuitable.
All of them are persistent criminals.
Being invalid application is completely different thing in my opinion.
Your application will be deemed invalid because you are British passport holder or you have not provided biometrics etc.

hello everyone
Hope you are going well
just finished reading the whole 63 pages of post, found no situation is similar with me, i really need your help, here is my story.

i am a non-EU married to a EU citizen.
I applied for pre-EU settlement before my partner, maybe it sounds weird, but my lawyer said its okey, I submit on 22/11/2019.

And post my passport and BRP at 26/11/2019(i got an email ask me to since they want more evidence), they got it at 27/11/2019, got my passport and BRP back three working days later, since then I didn't get anything.

I dont know how to book an appointment for boimetric(i guess i need to get a letter?) I don't even know what CoA looks like :x,

after one month waiting, I think maybe something is wrong with what I did, then I ask my partner to apply for pre-settlement and linked my application number with his number.

today is 25/01/2020, I still get nothing, feel so upset, hope I can get some news about my application.

If anyone face the same situation with me? or anyone can give me any advice?

and GOOD LUCK to everyone as well. Thank you.

"... or other mandatory information"
I know a number of non-EEA whose applications were invalid for no obvious reason.

I have also applied before my eu partner. She does not want to apply at this point. But i guess this is not the requirement. Coz i have been on call several times but on other hand waiting for decision aswell.

It's indeed a bit late.
Most of the applications now a days are taking 60 to 70 days.
You should contact resolution centre and ask for escalation.
Sometimes applications are stuck due I.T issues.
Are you non EU family member of EU citizen?

Same here. My husband(non eu family member of Eu national)had his biometric appointment for his pre-settlement status on the 8th Jan 2020 and received his COA a week later. So far we have been waiting and nothing yet.
I am note sure whether it speeds the process if we give them a call. Does anyone know?

We were also thinking to have a short trip to Europe such as Paris or Belgium to visit family once he receives his BRC. Would him require a spare visa or he can travel with BRC?
