UK tourist visa from US

I have HSMP with me
My parents r from India and currently they r in US on tourist visa.
They want to visit UK but they don't hav eUK visit visa.
Is there possibility that they will get visa for UK from US.

If yes. Please let me know how?

Admin : Please change forums style sheet's , so that link colors are more darker (inside posts) & add text-decoration:underline , so that links will look like "clickable links"
