Eu settlement and ccj

Hi, just wondering if an European or non european can apply for settlement scheme if a ccj was issued and still valid . Also what if it has been paid off. Talking about bank defaults.

Not an issue. Please do mention if they ask and attached the "Letter of Satisfaction" along with other documents.
