reg hsmp application

Hi,

Sent the papers to the Home Office on 25th Mar 2008.
Reached on 28th Mar 2008
Received the ref num on 10th Apr 2008.

Till then I havent heard anything from HO.

My consultant is saying receiving ref num on 10th apr 2008 means my case is assigned to the case worker on that day.

can anyone tell me we need to consider the applied date as 28th March or 10th April.

Read HSMP guidance notes. It will help you to know what is application date. Alternatively, you can query your consultant to explain what is application date? After all you have paid him, they should address your queries. This visa is for highly skilled candidates, a consultant should not be in position to mislead a highly skilled person.
