Sorry to hear all this. It's an honest advice but everyone should atleast try their luck. After these general elections I hope things will get better in a few months time.karen711 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2020 8:35 pmTbh best advise for everyone if allegation are made in your application then better of leaving. Department will not listen to u at all not matter what u do or how much taxes u paid. I have 2 garages. Thousand and thousand paid in vat and prsi for 9 years.. they didn't bother for single second to consider this. I closed sold everything and left. Why wud I pay them my taxes when they don't ever bother listening to our problem. Where they don't have give us chance to defend our selves.
Two time they offer student schemes. What else u want ( instead student or visitor visa they give stamp 4 to everyone ? )Dub2020 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2020 11:48 pm@finepaddy. Question is not that student changed the status to eufam from student. Question is what forced the students to take this step All got married in same years. It is because minister came up with maximum 7 years policy on student visa, which destroyed majority of students life, ruined their education and potential careers as they cannot complete their education and they did eufam adventures. Everyone has its own story how that 7 year rule impacted their life, so not all the goes to individuals. What policy the department had for timeout students. Why they didn’t let students to complete their education. Why didn’t department review the cases on individual students so those who were progressing in their education should had allowed to complete their education. People life’s are now destroyed and no one cares like these are not human beings.

I dont know if they listen or not but I dont see any harm if u want to write a letter or MOJ. U never know.Dub2020 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2020 12:01 amwell Student scheme came after 10 years , who knew back then that there will be students scheme in 2018. Also how many of them got visa from scheme ? Only 2000 . Rest either changed their status and left the country.
And 7 years are not always enough if you want to complete your full education plus if you can prove that you are consistent in your education through out these years , there should been a policy to let the students to complete and wind up. But who listened.
More than 10 ceremonies in last 3,4 year so what. Every marriage is not shame marriage.
Dear Karen,
Kindly bar bar chas Mat lo. It's already explained in last few pages. Thankseuspouse07 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2020 9:53 amDear Karen,
It is sad to see things are turning in this ugly way.
If you could , please put everything up in chronological order.it would help other people to decide their future course of action.
Like when got married?
When got residence card?
When got revocation ?
When review application was made?
When case was put under chencholiah case?
When application under section 3 was made?
I believe it would be great help for people on the forum to understand the processing of the INIS.
Thanks
