First British passport application documents for children

I am planning to apply online for my kids' first British passport with the following original documents :

For 1st Child 2-year-old (registered as a BC):
a. Birth Certificate UK
b. British registration documents through MN1
c. Pakistani Passport

For 2nd Child 1-month-old (by birth BC):

a. Birth Certificate UK
b. Parent ILR BRP (as one parent got ILR)
c. Marriage certificate

Are the above documents sufficient?

Can I send the documents of both kids in one envelope?

It seems that I can make online applications with a digital photo. Do I need to send the photo in hard form as well?
