No - one type of document is sufficient for the period in question - so letter is sufficient. My question is do I still need to submit P60 or payslips for years 2017-present along with employment letter or employment letter on it's owen is enough to prove 3 years (2017 - present) of residence in UK?
It's mandatory to have PR or settled status before applying for Naturalisation. So,just wondering why doe the term CSI put in the published guidebook and in which context,it's mentioned or objectified?alterhase58 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 28, 2020 7:20 amAs you state, for Settled Status there is no requirement to have had CSI. Not having CSI was not a breach of immigration regulations - the only impact would have been that UKVI might have refused PR, but you were still lawfully in the country.
Thank you! This is indeed very comforting for those of us waiting. Can I please check that the caseworker did not get in touch with you to ask anything regarding your CSI?EEA_question wrote: ↑Tue May 19, 2020 11:53 amI don't know where to start, I woke up this morning with the news on CSI policy change and felt hopeless about the situation.
I just now received email from caseworker confirming my citizenship application has been APPROVED
I thought this might comfort few people who are also in similar situation like me.

But for the question of good character, it's just the 5 years before the date of the application.Learning18 wrote: ↑Fri May 22, 2020 12:40 amCan I just ask if they require evidence of lawful residence for 5 years before being given settled status so 6 years in total such as 2014-2019 +1 ILR or 5 years back from the date of the naturalisation application e.g. 2015-2020

To answer your question. No, I was not a student at any time since I arrived to UK and has always been working full time, however I'm a family member of EU citizen who was a student and my rights to stay in uk where derived from my EU partner.
