Business account letter wording help needed

I need help with this wording. I ask my bank to send me a letter to confirm that I had a business account with them. This is the wording I get, is it okay if I use it or ask for another letter.
To whom it may concern
This letter is to confirm that Mr xxx and Mr xxx are both signatories and hold a business accounts under sort code xxx and account number xxx, business name xxx with xxx bank since xxx date.
