What dependent application form needed for ILR dependent

Post by yuganp » Mon Sep 23, 2019 1:34 pm

Hi Team,

I came to this country on Student visa in the year 2009 and fallowing that I've got an opportunity work for a London base company, afterwards company has provided me Tier2 visa.
I got married in the year 2013 in India as a family event and my spouse joined me here as my dependent and lived together few years. We started having some problems in the year 2016 and then we both went to India to visit family members and since then she didn't come back since then. I've applied for divorce in court in India, and received divorce order in India in the year 2018.

Recently I've found this,

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... nsent-form

Should I send above linked attached to Home Office ? if Yes can you please provide postal address too.

And planning to marry now, so what application I should go with since I am on ILR now.

What are the documents I need to send as I am self-employed now.

Yours faithfully,
Yugan

No need to inform HO now.

You will need your original divorce decree to submit a spouse visa application, to prove you were free to marry.

https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/partner-spouse

You need a lot of documents if you are self employed. See section 9, page 58 in the link below.

Hi Team,

I can see

Reason for Visit : Settlement
Visa Type: Settlement
Visa Sub type: *NOT POPULATING*

(Am I making any mistakes here)

Just to let you know, I came to this country on Tier4 Student visa on 2009, fallowing I got PSW and then Tier2 visa sponsored by employer and finished 5 years and then applied for ILR.

Is my selection still correct ?

Thanks,
Prasad P

Correct selection.

Your immigration history previously is irrelevant to a spouse visa application.

Am I using correct website to fill the application, do you mind to confirm please.

https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/home/welcome

I still have the same problem with VISA sub type, I can't see any options populating in here.

Do I need to use any different application process for my wife. ?

This appears on the front page.
"Visa4UK is now closed to new applications for customers from all countries except Cuba, Iran, Palestinian Occupied Territories and Sudan for certain case types."

Try this one for a spouse visa from outside the UK:

Post by yuganp » Wed Jan 29, 2020 6:24 am

I am self-employed person have my own limited company and I am the only director in my company.

I started working on my wife visa application form Appendix FM Partner application, as part of the application I got confused about these questions.

Which types of income will you rely on to meet the financial requirement?

I choose <Person Namee>'s self-employment

Does <Person> have a confirmed offer of employment in the UK starting within 3 months of their return?

I didn't agreed with any company but I might continue working for the same client.

I should choose *NO* right..

If these are in pdf format and arent pacifically saying as the online version then these can be uploaded without any stamp.

Thank You Seagul.

Regarding Documents:

I am self employed so I had to provide payslips, dividend slips something like that.

Can my wife upload the documents throughout UKVI partners portal or should I go to VFS office in London to submit from here ?

Thanks,
Prasad P

Both are are among the available options.
